The Table

One table, two kitchens — cooked the way our family always has.

Rajasthani on one side, Italian family recipes on the other — never competing, always sharing the same table.

A kitchen shaped by two histories

One kitchen, two histories.

The Grove's kitchen carries two family lines onto the same table: Rajasthani recipes on one side, home-style Italian cooking on the other. A wood-fired tandoor sits at the heart of it — cooking the flavors this land has always known, right alongside the flavors this family brought home from Italy. Neither is a special occasion — both are simply how this family eats, and how we've always cooked for guests we consider our own.

Four dishes

The plates that stay on the menu, year-round.

Laal maas served in a handcrafted bowl at The Grove

The Rajasthani classic

Laal Maas

Slow-cooked in a fiery, traditional Rajasthani style - the dish every table here is built around.

Chicken in red gravy served family style at The Grove

The family staple

Chicken in Red Gravy

A rich, slow-cooked chicken curry in a deep red spice base - the dish this family cooks most often, not just for guests.

Nonna's meatballs plated with dip at The Grove

A family recipe, served two ways

Nonna's Meatballs

Pan-tossed in butter with a smoked paprika mayo dip, or served in a rich mushroom sauce.

Golden Italian pasta bake fresh from the oven at The Grove

The Italian family bake

Pasta al Forno

A proper Italian pasta bake, layered and golden, made exactly the way our grandmothers always insisted it should be.

Aperitivo

Golden hour, a small plate, and no reason to hurry.

For an Italian, aperitivo is almost sacred — the ritual that marks the end of the day, the hinge between afternoon and evening. It isn't quite a meal and it isn't just a drink; it's a small plate in one hand, something cold in the other, and no reason at all to hurry, while the light turns gold and the day finally exhales.

The Grove keeps that same ritual alive, with its own dedicated hour and space: a small, rotating selection of shareable plates — from crisp vegetable croquettes to Bhani's kebabs — alongside a short list of signature cocktails, built for lingering rather than ordering a full meal.

It's the same instinct that shapes everything else here: nothing overproduced, everything meant to be shared.
